Crawford's Electrical and Maintenance was founded by Rory Crawford in 2017 in Chester. Since then we have steadily grown our customer base to include small and medium size businesses, home owners, letting agents and landlords.

We have managed to expand our customer base due to our high levels of customer service and workmanship, combined with competitive pricing and reliability.

We provide a free comprehensive quotation or specification and all work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from completion of project, subject to manufacturers' terms and conditions.

As a NICEIC Member company we are technically assessed annually along with our work, premises, documentation, equipment, competency and we have to maintain technical and safety standards, and codes of practice.

All electrical work is carried out in accordance with BS7671 of the IET Electrical Regulations and during any period of the work the electrical installation will comply with the Electrical at Work Regulations (EAWR).

Rory Crawford - Founder

Rory started his career in the trades as a joiner in 2013, however made the switch to train as an electrician in 2016 and hasn’t looked back. Having worked for electrical contractors in the past, as well as working for a property management company, Rory has been able to liaise with a wide range of clients, and perfect the quality of service he offers.

Seeing a gap in the market, Rory was able to combine his knowledge of the trades with his ability to provide a great customer experience, to produce a simple and efficient service for his clients.

Benefits of Trade Association

When trying to find a company to undertake work on your home or business you want to feel that you can trust them. You also want to know that they will do a good job for a fair price. Crawford’s Electrical's membership of NICEIC gives our clients' confidence that they are dealing with a quality electrical contractor backed by a Code of Practice, Contract Completion Guarantee and customer complaints service.

NICEIC is the UK's leading regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry. It has been assessing the electrical competence of electricians for nearly sixty years.

NICEIC has developed a reputation amongst consumers, specifiers of work and industry for promoting safety, integrity and technical excellence. NICEIC contractors undergo a rigorous assessment process, covering a representative sample of their work, their premises, documentation, equipment, and the competence of their key supervisory staff. They are then re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure continued compliance
